This tract is great to give out in front of your local Courthouse. Courthouses are great places to reach out to people. They already have a courtroom scenario on their minds and are possibly thinking about the consequences of their recent actions. There are also lots of people out in front of the courthouse each day.

Today, you will have your day in Court. How do you think you will do? Will you be innocent or guilty? That will depend on the evidence, the witnesses, and whether or not you broke the law of the land. Someday soon, you will have your day in God’s Court. It is called Judgment Day. The Bible says that it is appointed for man once to die and after this comes the judgment. How will you fair on that day? Do you think that God will pronounce you innocent or guilty? I guess that depends on the same things: evidence, witnesses and whether you broke God’s Law or not. Let’s see if you have broken God’s Law: Ever lied? Stolen? Taken God’s Name in Vain? Looked with lust (Matthew 5:28)? Coveted? Hated someone (1 John 3:15)? Had sex outside of marriage? If you have done all of these things, then you are a liar, a thief, a blasphemer, an adulterer at heart, a coveter, a murderer at heart and a fornicator. It looks like the case is stacked against you. And God is the only witness needed. He has seen it all, even the things that no one else knows about! You won’t be able to lie to Him or have a slick lawyer get you off. On Judgment Day, you will be found guilty of your crimes and cast into Everlasting Hell! That’s not God’s will for you though! He desires to give you what you don’t deserve: Grace and Mercy! He offers it to you through His Son, Jesus Christ. God is willing to accept the perfect sacrifice of Jesus as a substitute for you being punished for your sins. In order for you to receive the Grace and Mercy of God, you must Repent of your sins, Trust in Jesus and Persevere until the End. Start living for Jesus Today!
